Friday, August 18, 2006 Post and Bookmark Custom Google Button

I made a custom button for Google's toolbar (IE version) to post the current page to your account, search your bookmarks and view your bookmarks. Once you install it, from the link below, you have to set your user name. The button doesn't take your user name, you're going to have to log in to the site manually. To post the current page to your account, simply click the button and you will be taken to a post page asking for description, comments and tags - after you log in. Optionally, you may highlight some text on the page before clicking the button to use as a description. If you want to view your bookmarks, click on the down arrow next to the icon. For people that have a lot of bookmarks, you can use the google search bar to search through your bookmarks, simply type in what you're looking for in your bookmarks and click on the icon. I'm sure there's more I can do to make it even better, and I will. For now, it works and you can enjoy it for free.
